Huh7 cells were transfected with HBVcircle, then treated by small molecules. After 2 days of transfection, ATAC-seq was performed to assess the transcriptional activity of HBVcircle.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
