Title:
CCL19-producing fibroblasts promote tertiary lymphoid structures formation augmenting anti-tumor IgG response in colorectal cancer liver metastasis
Release date:
2024-08-12
Description:
We provide a comprehensive comparative analysis of the immune ecosystems of CRLM with or without TLSs by spatial enhanced resolution omics-sequencing (Stereo-seq) (from 10 patients) and single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) (from 14 patients). We disclose an important link between IgG+ PCs and TLSs, underlining the crucial role of IgG responses in anti-tumor immunity. We also find that fibroblast-derived CCL19 regulate B cell recruitment and TLSs formation, which can be a promising target to promote TLSs neogenesis and suppress CRLM growth.
