The diversity of the TCRbeta repertoire was measured by the diversity 50 (D50) value, clone number and CDR3 length. Data were analysed using ImmunoSEQ Analyser 3.0, an Adaptive Biotechnologies online analysis platform.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
