Parallel Single-Cell/Nucleus and Spatial Transcriptome Analyses Reveal Intra- and Peri-Neural Microenvironment in PDAC
Release date:
2024-10-14
Description:
This study aims to explore the role of nerves in tumor biology, particularly focusing on their function and the impact of the neural microenvironment in cancer invasion. Utilizing multi-omics technologies, we have mapped the spatial transcriptomic landscape of nerve-associated cells in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). By analyzing tissue samples with varying degrees of neural invasion, we have uncovered the complex interactions between tumor cells, immune cells, and neurons, providing new insights into the mechanisms underlying nerve-tumor interactions. This research lays the groundwork for future studies in cancer neuroscience and potentially advances the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
This Data Access Committee (DAC) is composed of members from multiple institutions involved in the collection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) samples and the generation of related data.
