Single-cell dissection of intratumoral heterogeneity and developmental lineages in early-stage lung adenocarcinoma
Release date:
2024-11-25
Description:
Intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) has been investigated primarily in locally advanced or metastatic cancer; however, much less is known about ITH in early-stage cancer, and the origins of ITH are poorly understood. We performed single-cell transcriptome profiling of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma from 12 patients, constructed a map of 88,695 cells, profiled the transcriptome states of tumor cell populations, and incisively explored the ITH of neoplastic cells. Significant transcriptional ITH is already present in early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (12 of 12 patients).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
