The NeoPalAna trial (NCT01723774) is a multi-cohort single arm phase 2 neoadjuvant study of the CDK4/6i palbociclib (PAL) plus anastrozole (ANA) in clinical stage II/III ER+/HER2- BC aimed to assess the antiproliferative effect of PAL in primary BC and to discover response biomarkers. Biomarkers were investigated with RNASeq, whole exome sequencing, and mass spectrometry data.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
