Peripheral transcriptomic studies in depression focus on identifying gene expression changes in blood or other tissues, providing insights into the molecular mechanisms and potential biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of depression.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
