Exploring the heterogeneity of PBMC in advanced NSCLC based on single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology
Release date:
2026-01-31
Description:
Immune cells and their molecules serve as markers for cancer disease, but existing research does not fully elucidate the heterogeneous traits of peripheral blood immune cells in lung cancer. Our study explored the distinct compositional features and transcriptomic differences between lung cancer and normal human peripheral blood immune cells at the single-cell level by using high-resolution single-cell transcriptome sequencing. Moreover, this study also aimed to uncover unique gene expression regulatory mechanisms in lung cancer, ultimately providing new biomarkers for its diagnosis.
