Brain metastasis represents a critical and often devastating complication in cancer patients, characterized by the spread of tumor cells from primary sites to the brain. Despite advances in cancer therapy, the mechanisms underlying brain metastasis remain poorly understood, limiting the effectiveness of current treatments. This project aims to conduct a comprehensive multi-omics profiling of brain metastasis to uncover the molecular and cellular alterations that drive metastatic progression and therapy resistance in the brain microenvironment.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The Data Management Committee of the Beijing Neurosurgery Institute is responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, and analysis of clinical and research data. It ensures data integrity, privacy, and compliance with ethical standards, while supporting collaborative research efforts aimed at advancing neurosurgical care and treatment outcomes.
