Lymph nodes (LNs) play a pivotal role in colorectal cancer (CRC) progression and immunity, yet their molecular and functional diversity remains poorly understood. By analyzing LNs and primary tumors from CRC patients using bulk RNA sequencing, we aimed to identify non-metastatic LN subtypes.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The Data Access Committee is composed of relevant personnel of the research project, and is mainly responsible for data upload, filing, and authorization.
