RNA sequencing of drug-resistant liver cancer cell lines

Description:
Using the human hepatocyte cell line Huh-7 wild-type strain, we constructed lenvatinib-resistant strain (Huh-7 LR) and sorafenib-resistant strain (Huh-7 SR) through long-term stepwise drug induction. To explore the mechanisms of drug resistance, bulk RNA-seq was performed on the wild-type cells and the two drug-resistant cell lines.
