Release date:
2025-11-03
Description:
We performed comprehensive transcriptomic profiling of tumor tissues from NACT-treated patients, stratified as responders (TRG0, 1, indicating complete or near-complete pathological response) and non-responders (TRG2, 3,indicating partial or minimal response), aiming to identify biomarkers associated with chemotherapy sensitivity and resistance in ESCC.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
