Spatial multi-omics uncovering tumor structures and cell type specific metabolites in primary and microvascular invasion HCC
Release date:
2025-05-09
Description:
In this study, we collected the tumor boundary tissues of MVI+ and MVI- patients, along with distant paratumor tissues, and performed spatial transcriptome and metabolism sequencing. By comparing gene expression and metabolite signal intensities between MVI+ and MVI- tissues, we observed significant alterations in lipid metabolism activities within tumor and peritumoral regions during HCC progression from MVI- to MVI+.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
