Preoperative pembrolizumab combined with chemoradiotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
Release date:
2025-08-18
Description:
This dataset contains raw single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from tumor specimens of patients with locally advanced, resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) enrolled in a multicenter phase 1/2 trial of preoperative pembrolizumab plus chemoradiotherapy (PPCT) followed by surgery. To study tumor microenvironment remodeling, we performed scRNA-seq on 11 post-PPCT, 9 post-chemoradiotherapy (nCRT), and 8 treatment-naive (BS) tumor samples.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
