Single cell transcriptome profiling of peripheral blood cells in kidney transplant recipients with different rejection responses and treatments

We present a single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) dataset of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from kidney transplant recipients exhibiting distinct rejection types and treatment phases. Samples were collected both before and after targeted immunosuppressive therapy from recipients with T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR) and antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR), while samples from recipients with stable graft function and normal renal status were collected without intervention.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
