Bulk RNA-seq profiling of CAFs differentiated from fibroblasts isolated from human lung cancer and adjacent normal lung tissue
Release date:
2025-10-30
Description:
To comprehensively characterize the transcriptomic profiles and investigate the phenotypes and functions of LRRC15+ CAFs, we used transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) to induce human lung fibroblasts into LRRC15-expressing myCAFs. Primary fibroblasts were isolated from human lung carcinoma tissues and matched adjacent normal lung tissues. We performed bulk RNA sequencing on these in vitro differentiated CAF populations.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
