Efficacy and immunomodulatory effect of Claudin18.2-specific IL-7/XCL1 armored CAR-T cells in digestive tract cancer: Preclinical and clinical analysis
Release date:
2026-01-14
Description:
CAR-T cell therapy has limited efficacy in solid tumors, such as digestive tract cancer (DTC), largely because of the tumor microenvironment (TME) and the limitations of CAR-T cell function. Here, we constructed fourth-generation CLDN18.2-targeted CAR-T cells that concurrently secrete IL-7 and XCL1(ExCAR-T cells, also referred to as RD07 in clinical trial).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
Cell Immunotherapy Center is a department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, users who need to apply for data access, please feel free to contact us at any time.
