Bleomycin-response RNA-seq in IMR90 fibroblasts and HOTAIRM1 CHIRP-seq mapping in HEK293 cells
Release date:
2026-04-02
Description:
We generated two complementary datasets to characterize the transcriptional response to DNA damage and the genome-wide chromatin association of the lncRNA HOTAIRM1. Bulk RNA-seq was performed in IMR90 human fibroblasts following bleomycin treatment to profile time-dependent gene expression changes associated with the DNA damage response. In parallel, CHIRP-seq was conducted in HEK293 cells using biotinylated probe pools targeting HOTAIRM1 to map HOTAIRM1-enriched genomic binding regions. Processed files include gene-level expression matrices for RNA-seq and genome-wide coverage tracks and peak calls for CHIRP-seq (hg38). These datasets support integrative analyses of HOTAIRM1-associated regulatory programs in DNA damage and repair pathways.
