Description: We single-cell RNA-seq from 15 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) before and after neoadjuvant PD-1 blockade combined with chemotherapy to decode immunotherapy resistance mechanisms. In addition, we also performed bulk RNA-seq from another 24 patients before therapy as a validation cohort.
