Description: Multi-omic datasets were generated from B lymphoblastoid cell lines (human, chimpanzee, gorilla, and macaque), primary neuronal cells (human and macaque), and DFC organoids (human, induced from WT or KO hiPS). These datasets elucidated the function and mechanism of the human-specific CTCF binding sites in forging human-specific gene expression patterns and traits.
