Description: The objective of this study is to utilized whole-exome sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing and targeted bisulfite sequencing of primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsies and clinical characteristics, along with clinical follow-up data, to identify the biomarkers and molecular subtypes for distant metastasis and patient stratification.
