Tiller buds, tiller roots, young panicles, booting panicles, booting leaves, booting roots and flag leaves of the rice variety 9311 from Taoyuan and Jinghong were collected. Then, we systematically collected the transcriptome data for seven key tissues of different developmental stages to identify the top 24 candidate high-yield genes with their network modules using a new computational systems biology method, i.e., Dynamic Cross-Tissue (DCT) network analysis. |
