DNA for each sample was extracted with the E.Z.N.A.®
soil DNA Kit. Then ITS1F/ITS4R to the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of fungal rRNA genes were amplified by PCR. Finally, the amplicons were sequenced on Illumina MiSeq platform in paired-end sequenced (2×300) mode. |
