The samples for single-cell RNA sequencing included 1-, 2-, 5-, 12- and 15-months old mice and each age group contains 5 males and 5 females. Single cells were captured by microfluidic technology and the construction of single cell transcriptional libraries was performed by the Chromium 10x Single-Cell Instrument (10x Genomics) and 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3’ GEM Library and Gel Bead Kit v3. |
