We used a QIAGEN kit to extracte the genomic DNA of intestine microbiota samples. After quantification by Qubit 2.0 fluorometer and generating amplicon of 16S rDNA, we recovered DNA libraries by GeneJET Gel Extraction Kit and quantified using a Qubit 2.0 fluorometer. |
