For ULI-NChIP-seq, 300-500 blastomeres or 1000-2000 cumulus cells were collected per reaction, and two replicates were performed for each stage. The cells were isolated and washed thoroughly in 0.5% BSA-PBS in order to avoid pollution. The ULI-NChIP procedure was performed as previously described (Liu et al., 2016b). |
