Anal swab samples were innoculated on cells for viral isolation. Total RNA was extracted from innoculation supernatant using the magDEA Dx SV kit(Precision System Science,Japan) following the manufacturers instructions. An RNA library was then constructed using the MGIEasy RNA Library Prep Set (96 RXN) (Cat. No.: 1000006384). Paired-end (150 bp) sequencing of the RNA library was performed on the MGISEQ-2000RS platform . |
