Genomic DNA was extracted from mycelia by TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kits (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) and used to construct paired-end sequencing libraries with TruSeq DNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Cluster generation, template hybridization, isothermal amplification, linearization, blocking, denaturation, and hybridization of the sequencing primers were also performed according to the manufacturer's instructions (Illumina). |
