DNA extraction was carried out using a MagAttract HMW DNA Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) according to the manufacturers instructions. Genomic DNA was quantified using a Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Invitrogen, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, USA) and a NanoDrop One Spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific), and examined by agarose gel electrophoresis and using an Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA). |
