Hi-C pipeline included crosslinking, chromatin digestion with MboI (New England BioLabs, MA), labeling of DNA ends, ligation, purification, shearing, and biotin pull-down. The Hi-C libraries were sequenced on an MGI-SEQ 2000 (MGI Tech, Shenzhen, China) platform in the 150-bp paired-end mode, resulting in approximately 100 × coverage. |
