RNA of three mycelia samples (three independent replicates per sample) were extracted using TRIZOL® Reagent (Invitrogen, USA). The quality and integrity of RNA were evaluated using a NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) and an Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA), respectively. The library construction and RNA-Seq were conducted by Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). cDNA libraries were constructed using NEBNext® Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kits for Illumina® (NEB, USA). |
