Total RNA was isolated from samples using the Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. RNA quality and quantity were determined with a spectrophotometer (IMPLEN, Germany) and an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA). The RNA-Seq library was constructed from DNBSEQ-T7. |
