Sequencing libraries were generated using ALFA-SEQ DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (FINDROP, Guangzhou) following manufacturer's recommendations and index codes were added. The library quality was assessed on the Qubit 4.0 Fluorometer (Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY) and Qsep400 High-Throughput Nucleic Acid Protein Analysis system (Houze Biological Technology Co, Hangzhou, China) system. At last, the library was sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform and 150 bp paired-end reads were generated |
