At the endpoint of differentiation, approximately 30,000 BECs from EM condition and 60,000 differentiated hepatocyte-like cells from DM condition were captured by the Chromium Controller using Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3 kit v2 (10 Genomics) with 10,000 input cells for each lane.
