Extract total DNA according to the instructions of the TIANamp Bacteria DNA kit, and measure the purity and concentration of DNA using a NanoDrop spectrophotometer. Store at -80°C for later use. Guangdong Magigene Genomics Co., Ltd. performed paired-end sequencing using the Illumina Novaseq platform with the PE250 strategy. The sequencing region was the V4-V5 region of the 16S rRNA. |
