Total genomic DNA samples were extracted using the OMEGA Soil DNA Kit (M5636-02) (Omega Bio-Tek, Norcross, GA, USA), following the manufacturer’s instructions. A NanoDrop NC2000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) and agarose gel electrophoresis were used to measure the quantity and quality of extracted DNAs. 16SrRNA gene amplicons were sequenced on the Illumina Mi-Seq PE303 high-throughput platform (Illumina) at Sangon Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). |
