For RNA extraction, the tissue of the Huyou were processed using the Tengen DP411 kit, while the other samples (roots, stems, flowers, and fruits) were processed using the CLB+ Adderall RN40 kit according to the steps in the instruction manual. The mRNA library was constructed using the Dual-mode mRNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Hieff NGS Ultima) and subsequently sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform. |
