To synthesize full-length complementary DNA (cDNA), mRNA was extracted from chloroplast samples using QIAzol Lysis Reagent and the RNeasy Mini Kit (QIAGEN, Germany). The construction of the final libraries was performed utilizing the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit (Eukaryotes). The libraries were subjected to sequencing using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, performed by Theragen Bio Co., Ltd. (Gueonggi-do, South Korea). |
