ATAC-seq assay was performed using the Chromatin Profile Kit for Illumina (Novoprotein). Isolated cardiomyocytes from zebrafish hearts were resuspended in ATAC lysis buffer and centrifuged. The collected nuclei were incubated in tagmentation buffer. Tagmented DNA was collected using Tagment DNA extract beads and then amplified by PCR. The DNA libraries were purified using DNA clean beads for sequencing and paired-end 150-base reads were generated using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. |
