RNA samples were extracted from microbes and detected using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer to ensure the purity and intergrity. cDNA library was then synthesized follwed by the removal of rRNA and fragmentation. Thereafter, PCR was applied to enrich the library fragmtents. Finally, the constructed library was sequenced based on Illumina platform. |
