The V3V4 regions of the 16S rRNA were amplified using barcoded primers 341F and 806R for library preparation. To ensure the absence of contamination, two blank controls were incorporated for each sample during the amplification process. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 Systems utilizing paired-end sequencing with 50,000 tags per sample. |
