Metagenomic DNA libraries were prepared by Novogene using standard protocols. Libraries were constructed with random fragmentation, followed by end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation and PCR amplification. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. |
