Total RNA was extracted from spleen CD8+ T cells after anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation.
mRNA was enriched using polyA selection, fragmented, and reverse-transcribed to cDNA.
Libraries were constructed using Illumina TruSeq protocols and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (paired-end 150 bp).
The experimental design included 3 replicates for the NC group and 3 replicates for the Flutamide-treated group. |
