Cellular Localization
FLJ39051 is a previously uncharacterized cytoplasmic lncRNA and also called GSEC(G-quadruplex-forming sequence containing lncRNA).[1]
Function
knockdown of GSEC by small interfering RNA (siRNA) can result in the decreased motility of DLD-1 cells.
