SKAP1-AS1:SKAP1 antisense RNA 1
RP11-456D7.1[1]
Function
According to the GO and pathway enrichment analyses, the target genes of RP11-456D7.1 are mainly enriched in the molecular function. In addition, RP11-456D7.1 also positively regulates CCL21, a high-affinity functional ligand for chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) that is expressed on T and B lymphocytes and plays a key role in the inflammatory response.[1]
Expression
The expression of RP11-456D7.1 is upregulated in the mild and severe pneumonia groups compared with controled groups.[1]
Diseases
Pneumonia[1]
Labs working on this lncRNA
- Department of Hematology, Chinese PLA General Hospital, Beijing, China (mainland).
