Lnc18q22.2 is mainly present in the cytoplasm.[1]
Function
Lnc18q22.2 is ignificantly association with NASH (Nonalcoholic steatohepatiti)grade , lobular inflammation, and NAS (AFLD activity score). In addition, lnc18q22.2 is also significantly associated with liver steatosis and steatohepatitis(including ASH (alcoholic steatohepatit) and NASH) in 44 independent liver biopsies.
