| Description | To systematically explore the complete tumor ecosystem heterogeneity at a single-cell level in primary tumor and paired tumor thrombus. A total of 19 surgically resected tissue samples were collected from patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma, which including primary tumors (n=8), paired tumor thrombus (n=8) and adjacent renal tissues (n=3). Cell capture and cDNA synthesis were carried out in 10X Genomics platform, and then transcriptome sequencing was performed in NovaSeq 6000 platform after meeting the all quality control. |
