Herein, we reported a case of mixed pulmonary infection secondary to glucocorticoid use. Rare pathogens such as Nocardia nova, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Aspergillus fumigatus, cytomegalovirus were detected by metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and lung puncture tissue. |
