| Title |
Mechanism of intercellular protein homeostasis regulation |
| Description |
Unfolded protein response (UPR) was activated for maintain protein homeostasis in cellular level. However, how UPR function across multiple cells and tissues in the organism is largely unknown. Here we propose to study the molecular mechanism of cell non-autonomous UPR between mammalian cell. We anticipate a better understanding of the protein homeostasis at the multicellular level, and to provide new therapeutic strategies for related diseases such as cancer, obesity and fatty liver disease. |
