Title Proteome of hepatopancreas of L. vannamei with EHP infection
Description This project employed 4D label-free quantitative proteomics to analyze the response of Litopenaeus vannamei that infected by Enterocytozoon hepatopanaei lightly or heavily, and explore the pathogen proteins that may envolvs in pathogenesis. 2781 proteins containing 479 EHP proteins in total were quantified in this project.
